Extremely rare and difficult to source, this 40mm 2022 release has a pilot-style feel, with a beautifully balanced textured charcoal gray dial, black gradient rim, syringe hands and gold applied numerals with beige luminescent coating. The secret “stealth style” of the watch is Patek’s decision to adorn the flanks of the case with their patented Clous de Paris hobnail pattern, a guillochéd motif for which the designers crafted a distinctive case construction. The lugs form an integral part of the sapphire display caseback - a window to the exquisite Calibre 26-330 movement. A contemporary watch with a timeless quality.

In lightly worn condition, the watch comes complete with its piano wood box, leather folder, booklets, swing tag and Certificate of Origin, and remains under Patek Philippe's international warranty until 2024.
