Rolex Day-Date

Rolex Day-Date

£10,000.00

“The condition of this watch’s case is up there with the very best. A cultural icon, and undoubtedly one to hold on to.” Nick Baranga, Founder

Worn by several U.S. presidents, Fidel Castro, Tony Soprano and even the Dalai Lama, Rolex’s flagship watch, the Day-Date, is a true legend and instantly recognisable. It was the first watch to ever display the day in full, and many would consider this iteration, the 18038, to be the perfect balance between vintage chic and modern capability. It includes significant upgrades from the original 1803, including a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and the "single quick" date set function that allows the watch to rapidly cycle through the date. A watch only produced in precious metals, this particular piece is 36mm, in 18k yellow gold with traditional champagne coloured, baton dial and English Day Wheel. Featuring a fluted gold bezel, and fitted with a green leather strap for an eye-catching splash of colour, the quality, fit and finish of the watch is flawless. This is the Day-Date in its purest form.
