First released in 2019, the Code 11.59 rocked the watch world, and has remained a huge talking point amongst collectors ever since. This particular model stands out even further for its ultramodern black ceramic case, combined with a bezel, caseback and lugs forged from Audemars Piguet’s patented 18k pink gold, widely considered by connoisseurs to be the most attractive pink gold in the watch world. The dial is a sleek smoked grey with a vertical satin-finished base, pink gold applied hour-markers and hands and a black inner bezel, for impeccable legibility. In this upgraded model, Audemars Piguet have moved the date aperture to the 4:30 position to give the Chronograph subdials more aesthetic balance. At a sizable 41mm, the new 11.59 is difficult to miss, but the engineered rubber-coated strap makes this a stylish piece with fantastic versatility.
