In a gleaming, full platinum case, the watch has been upsized to 41mm, a hugely significant change to suit the modern, larger trend, whilst maintaining the fine balance between noticeability and style. The vertical satin-brushed dial is a deep, rich blue with a black-gradient rim, and features an innovative in-line display which Patek have created and triple-patented, with the day, date, and month all displayed in a single aperture at 12 o'clock, enhancing both functionality and legibility. The beautifully balanced dial also displays a leap year indicator, day/night indication and moon phases, with the watch only requiring adjustment once a century. The mechanical self-winding movement, the immaculately crafted cal.31-260-PS-QL, is visible through the sapphire display caseback (interchangeable with a full platinum case back, included). Complemented by a navy blue alligator leather strap with platinum fold-over clasp, the 5327G is the height of impeccable taste.
